When you receive this email, click the link inside to complete the password reset. If you have forgotten your private email address specified with us or your username, please contact your course administration or programme Director (for new internal staff: please contact the human resources department). Those persons can tell you your registered private email address or your username after having verified your identity. But they can not change your password in behalf of you.
